Glam’d Beauté does not offer refunds. Once your order has been processed it is considered NON REFUNDABLE. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Every bundle from Glam’d Beauté has been hand selected and tested for top quality by our hair specialist staff to ensure that our customers receive the best quality available. If for any reason you receive your order and it is damaged/defective or not of quality, we would be more than happy to offer you an exchange for store credit. Orders must be returned back to our facility within 7 days of receipt in order to receive store credit. Contact our staff immediately to resolve your issue. You can reach our customer service department at info@glamdbeaute.com for assistance. Failing to contact our staff within this 7 day time frame will result in your order being ineligible for return/exchange. **Please note, that Glam’d Beauté does not offer refunds for orders that have been processed.

EXCHANGES

If you have received your order and it is damaged/defective or not of quality when you receive it, you would be eligible to return your items in exchange for store credit. We do not consider your personal issue or preferences to the hair length, hair color, hair patterns, or simply a “change of mind” grounds or reasons for exchange. Only damaged or defective orders are acceptable reasons for exchange. Products that have been untied, washed, or worn are not eligible for returns for sanitary purposes, so please ensure that you check each bundle while it is still tied in the original packaging to ensure quality satisfaction.

RETURNS

Only items that are damaged or defective will be eligible to return for exchange. If you want to be eligible to return your items for store credit the items must be tied in original packaging and unworn or unwashed. If you would like to return your items please contact our staff at info@glamdbeaute.com within the first 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer service staff will assistance you on the next steps to return your items for exchange. Failing to contact our staff within this 7 day time frame will result in your order being ineligible for return/exchange. All items will be returned at the expense of the customer. This means that you, the customer will be responsible for all shipping cost associated with your package that will be returned to our facility. When returning your package we recommend that you purchase insurance and that you have the tracking number for the returned item. Failure to do so may result in the lost of your package thus resulting in Glam’d Beauté being unable to process your exchange. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit.
